There's a lot of talk recently about pay. At least one brokerage firm that says they do better when you do better. I think this is a good thing. I think this is something that Congress should adopt. Below is a spreadsheet that shows congress doesn't work that way. It shows historical pay information on Congress compared to the average American Income. MOC ncomed should be the same as or a little less than the average American income. What do you think?
